Bouncing that ball!

So - well done! We can make our Pong Ball move! But it always leaves the game area!

We need to make it bounce. We need to understand that:

  1. When the ball reaches edge A, whatever is controlling the y movement of the ball will reverse.
  2. When the ball reaches edge B, whatever is controlling the x movement of the ball will reverse.
  3. When the ball reaches edge C, whatever is controlling the y movement of the ball will reverse.
  4. When the ball reaches edge D, whatever is controlling the x movement of the ball will reverse.

Watch the video. It is about 10 minutes long. It will introduce you to object properties and to a neat trick to reverse the x or y direction of the ball!

You challenge is to make the ball in your game bounce of each game area edge... not just the one in the tutorial.
