A Maths teacher needs a program to calculate the front surface area of 10 bricks.
In each iteration of the loop, the teacher will enter the length of the rectangle and then the height of the rectangle in cms. The program will then display the area of the rectangle in cm2.
Write an algorithm using pseudocode to solve this problem.
A new problem: a wall has a front surface area of 100cm2. Adapt your algorithm for task 1 so that the user can enter the front surface area of the 10 rectangles and finally the progam will display a message if the total area of the 10 bricks is greater than, less than or equal to the surface area of the wall.
Write a pseudocode solution for this problem. Hint: writing pseudocode needs practice. Start this solution on a blank piece of paper.
Spare bricks have a front surface area of 15cm2. Write a program that will allow the teacher to enter the front surface area of 10 random bricks and will display how many spare bricks will be required to complete the wall in Task 2 if the total is less than the front surface area of the wall.
