FIX IT #2

A computer program processes an array of 10 REAL numbers.

It counts how many of them should be rounded down and how many of them should be rounded up.

For example, if a number has a decimal part of 0.5 or less it will be rounded down eg 12.3, 17.5, 16.1.

Otherwise it will be rounded up eg 8.8, 9.6, 11.9

Here is the code. It doesn't work! Fix it!
