HUMAN ERROR

The world is full of human error! This can be quite amusing - however, there are times when it can have serious consequences. In the world of Human-Computer Data Entry, there are many examples of small mistakes which have become BIG problems!
In this tutorial, we will look at a technique for minimising data entry errors in spreadsheets using a magical little formula called VLOOKUP

Download the Bonus Data file and the Staff Data file. They are both csv files.
Open the Bonus Data file into a new workbook in your spreadsheet application and create a new worksheet called "Staff Data".
Copy and paste the contents of the Staff Data into the new worksheet.
Use a VLOOKUP function to display the correct Forename in column B of the main spreadsheet, Bonus Data.
Copy down the original formula for the other rows in column B. Make sure you fix any cell references that need to be fixed.
Repeat this process for columns C and D.
In the Sales Summary Data Section, use the VLOOKUP function to display the Forename and Surname of the employee next to the Payrool ID.
Use an appropriate function to calculate the Total Number of Sales for each employee listed in the Summary Data Section.
