5 buses race!
At the end of the 5 races, all of the data is collected into 5 seperate arrays eg:

double[] racerTimes2 = {2.6, 7.4, 4.3, 4.0, 9.2}
double[] racerTimes3 = {9.1, 3.7, 8.3, 9.7, 9.2}
double[] racerTimes4 = {11.0, 3.8, 7.7, 11.2, 5.4}
double[] racerTimes5 = {13.3, 3.1, 7.4, 0.1, 6.1}
Can you adapt the program to determine the fastest time of all the buses.
You are not allowed to design any new helper functions.
The answer should be displayed after executing the code.
For the above data sets, the display value would be 0.1
