Use your html, css and javascript skills to create a simple cash register. This is how it works:

1. The cashier clicks an item on the menu. The total is updated.
2. The cashier can click on other items and the total will continue to update.
3. When the cashier clicks the total, a message pops up saying "The final bill is $x" where x is the final total.
